Testing Principle

Potentiometric Titration

1. Sample Preparation - 5±0.1g oil + 50ml toluene/isopropanol

2. Auto-Titration - KOH solution (0.1mol/L) added incrementally

3. Endpoint Detection - pH electrode identifies neutralization point

4. Calculation:

   Acid Value = (V × C × 56.1) / m
                  V=KOH volume(ml), C=concentration(mol/L), m=sample mass(g)
